At Hairvance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required to process your request.

All return requests must be submitted and approved before sending the product back. Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

Hairvance reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
